Our team recently visited the National Training Center to install SMART-C and provide clinical applications training with Medical Director Dr. Kelly Estes and the U.S. Soccer athletic training staff. Throughout the installation, it was evident that every detail of the facility has been thoughtfully designed to support collaboration, innovation, and exceptional athlete care.
The SMART-C Mini C-Arm brings real-time fluoroscopic imaging directly to the point of care, providing clinicians with the flexibility to perform imaging where it’s needed while supporting efficient workflows in demanding sports medicine environments. We’re honored that SMART-C is now part of the technology helping care for athletes representing the United States on the world stage.
Beyond the technology, what made the experience memorable was the people. Dr. Estes and the entire sports medicine team were incredibly welcoming, engaged, and committed to providing the highest level of care for their athletes. It was a privilege to spend time with such an outstanding group of professionals and to see firsthand the collaborative culture they’ve built within this remarkable facility.
