- BSD Medical, Tom was Project Manager over the MTX-100 and MTX-180 Microwave Ablation Systems that received 510(k) clearance in 2008 and 2010 respectively.

- Extensive quality experience providing expertise in quality management capacities in the medical device, aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, flight simulation and printing industries.
- Highly skilled in a vast array of improvement techniques and methodologies such as Quality Improvement Systems, Lean, Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control, along with implementation of wide-ranging regulatory requirements.
